Claude Sonnet 4.5 with 1M tokens unlocks so many use cases that are impossible to achieve with a context window limited to 200,000 tokens.
I've got nothing against Claude Code but honestly it limits usage to developers - how can we integrate this into a company, we're not going to force people to use a terminal

The it knows of its own context makes it pretty fucking Lazy. Because if it reaches over 50% it starts just putting TODOs in the code and marking the Task done because "It's a massive undertaking and would take Ages. Let's just add a TODO" Had to set hooks up for that which call it a lazy piece of shit each time it tries that.

Weren't people saying that the 1m context model capped at 200k context felt smarter than the 200k model? This does explain that. Sorry, It's late and I can't find sources, it was a few days ago.
