Since yesterday, I have been unable to log-in to Claude. Instead of sending verification codes to my email, they are now sending "secure-link" buttons, however, they are not working, and clicking them just redirects to claude ai with a message reading:
We were unable to verify you with this link
Has this happened to anyone else? I am not seeing any relevant help on the support pages of Anthropic nor any announcement related to phasing-out verification codes in favor of clickable link buttons.

I'm pretty frustrated. For several weeks, I've been unable to log into my Claude account. I've used Claude for more than 6 months and have had a Pro subscription for at least that long. I have a number of projects and chats within those projects.
About three weeks ago, I found I could not log into the system. I get this error when I enter my email address: "There was an error sending you a login link. If the problem persists contact support for assistance." I clicked the link, and that takes me to the Claude help files. Nothing there seemed to help. So, I started a chat with their AI agent: Fin. That chat went through the same troubleshooting steps several times, but with no resoution. Here are the facts:
I use Windows 11.
I've attempted to log in with Firefox and Chrome. I've also attempted to log in with their desktop app. I always get the same error message. I don't think it's a problem with my cache or cookies.
I have successfully logged in using Firefox on my table, which is running Android.
I am not using a VPN. I don't even have a VPN loaded on my computer.
The email from claude is not going to a spam file since an email message is not even sent.
Fin suggested that I may not be in a supported region, but I've used Claude for months so I do not think that is a problem.
What else can I try?
