I was a rabid Goodwiller forever, take a bong hit n shop fer hours.....however the last time I went to the Oro Valley location to get some cups I was horrified by the prices. Long story short, where's a better place to donate? Thanx
I refuse to take anything to Goodwill. I have a ton of women’s clothing, shoes, even some household stuff I want to donate in the next few weeks. Looking for somewhere that DIRECTLY helps homeless, or those in poverty. Thanks in advance! 🙏🏼
Been going through my closet and getting rid of some jeans and coats that I don't wear anymore. Figured it'd be a good idea to donate them since it's actually starting to get cold now, but where should I donate them so they'll do the most good?
Goodwill is the obvious choice of course, but if possible I'd love to know that my donations are going directly into the hands of people that need them instead of just sitting on a rack with an overpriced tag. Do those big orange/blue drop off bins go to a place like that? Or are there any other locations you'd recommend?
Once a year I do a clean out of my closet and donate the gently worn things. Normally I take them to the BBBS box at Phoenix College- well it is gone. Does anyone know of any clothes donation boxes downtown?
I don't want to donate to goodwill, as you know. I want to give it to ppl who need it and to a place that won't charge those in need. I'm giving it for free, I want those ppl to get it for free.
