EDIT 27 nov 2023: Alright, brothers. So, I have meanwhile gone to a local seller and tried both the Embody and the Aeron on all three sizes, A, B, C. You won’t believe what I have chosen.
Aeron, size C. Yes, it’s even more comfortable than the Embody. I can’t believe it myself but I found the Embody a little stiff and hard when sitting. It was the regular Embody, not the Logitech version. Furthermore, the Embody felt too ‘simple’ and plain while the Aeron was a real ergonomic chair with many functions. One thing though, I found the lumbar support on all, including the Aeron too subtile. My current Jarfvjallet has a more prominent lumbar support but the chair is other than that absolutely unsittable because of the stiff back support and rockhard seating.
I don’t know how the Embody Logitech will compare to the Aeron since it’s supposed to be more improved. I was also interested in the Steecase Amia for its pleasant seating but can’t find any shops in the area for that, and besides the Amia is way too overpriced for its functionalities.
So, the Aeron it is.
