How to request help from La Poste/Colissimo?
I'm so fed up with the post office/Colissimo, etc.

Hello all,
I recently had a package delivered internationally to my address in France. However, due to an incorrect address (or La Poste claimed), it is was returned to the original sender. Now, it has been nearly 3 weeks, and my parcel is still stuck at "returning to sender". I suspect it is stuck somewhere in transit.
I went to the office to check regarding the status, and they said they couldn't help me and told me to call the La Poste hotline at 3631. However, the call is all in French and I cannot navigate the menu to reach any support staff. Does anyone know where I might be able to find support in English? Thanks in advance!
Requesting help from La Poste
On December 16, I purchased a book from a french seller on Ebay. I live in Costa Rica, and shipping the book directly to my country was kind of expensive, so I decided to use a reshipping/forwarding company which has warehouses both Spain and in the USA. For obvious reasons, this time I used the address of their Spain warehouse. The book supposedly arrived on December 21 to the warehouse in Spain, at least that what it shows on La Poste Tracking service as well as on the Ebay tracking option. However, when I asked the reshipping company I they haves received the package, they told me that they haven't. But they also told me that on December 21 they received a package from Amazon with a different tracking number that is supposed yo belong to me. The problem is that I clearly didn't order such package, and the fact that it has a different tracking number makes me think the packages were mixed or something. So, is there a way to contact La Poste/Colissimo in English or Spanish? Or at least in French but via email or chat? I do not speak French, so I definitely can't call them in French
