Is there a native color picker, or is there one I can install that'll work system-wide?

Hi! I do web design and often need to get the hex code of something on the screen. Until now, I've had to take a screenshot and upload it to the Image Color Picker PWA I've installed.
I recently discovered that Windows 11 has a native color picker. It's part of Microsoft PowerToys. Once you have PowerToys installed, you simply press Win+Shift+C and it'll open a picker allowing you to click anywhere on your screen and it'll return a hex code. This is so much better than having to take a picture, and saves so much space.
Does ChromeOS have something like that?
Thanks!
I've looked at least 10 different color pickers for Windows, and can't seem to find anything with a sensible non-annoying interface for this simple task.
They all seem to be either one or more of:
-
overly complicated
-
too simple
-
have weird interface decisions that make them cumbersome to use for quick basic color picking
-
don't have a history, or make it annoying to use
Here's what I'm after:
-
I mainly want to just pick colors from the screen
-
I should be able to easily copy the hex code e.g. #ffffff (including the hash) to clipboard, preferably without having to first select it as a string from an input box
-
It should keep a visible history of every color I've picked, and I should be able to easily copy any color hex code from the history
That's basically all I need. Haven't found anything that meets these basic criteria.
Any suggestions?
