Unbound is manufactured in China. Outlier is manufactured in the Bay Area. Part of the price difference is where the clothing is made, which means different workers wages, working conditions, benefits, QC, etc.

Outlier uses low variance top capped fabric, more consistent than many other fabrics if the same stats. That's another price difference.

The question of course, is if those things are worth paying for. You can't tell the difference in where something was manufactured when you're wearing it, you might not be about to feel the difference in fabric consistency. At that point, then you have you ask yourself if you're willing to pay the difference for philosophical reasons alone.

Competitor Analysis on AYX

I think the major difference in market cap has to do with Palantir’s military contracts. They are large, offer a strong and consistent stream of income, while allowing them to scale up each renewal. They might be similar on the commercial level, but keep in mind Palantir only launched laundry this year and has not spent much time into marketing it yet
