I have tried different devices, browsers, privacy mode etc....

Everytime I try to login to Sign in - CompTIA Marketplace it says login has failed. I have reset my password countless times and emailed support but nothing is working at all.

I get the same failure. Guess we're stuck until CompTIA gets the site fixed. I wouldn't have high expectations of a quick fix given the holiday schedule.

How long ago was it when you purchased the voucher? Did you use a Gmail address when you made the purchase? It can take up to ten minutes before you receive your confirmation for your purchase, then you'll receive your voucher number for the exam you purchased. If you used a Gmail address, make sure that your inbox displays all of your messages instead of focused or social.

Does anyone know why I can’t login into my comptia main account but I can login into the comptia store. I’ve been trying since yesterday and it keeps saying invalid email/password even tho they are valid and I tried to reset password it still won’t even send a password reset email.

I'm very confused.
In the process of purchasing an exam voucher, it seems I have managed to create two accounts: a "Registered User" account and what appears to be a completely separate account on the store page.
Is this normal with CompTIA? I don't think I've ever seen anything like this on other websites.

Super confused with this as well. I had an account way back in 2010 which I used for my A+ and took another exam in 2020. However, I had another account which I took an exam just earlier today but the voucher doesn't even show up on either accounts.
