i dropped off some pieces at their encintas location, one painting didnt sell by the end of the contract, so i went to pick it back up (per their clear contract rules). they told me they cant find it and maybe they sold it out of the system???? after a month of back and forth they offered me the bare minimum of reimbursement for either losing or selling the painting out of pocket. kinda turned me off from cosigning with them again. i like their stores even tho theyre overpriced, theyre fun to look through and sometimes u can find something good marked down. but their business practices feel untrustworthy to me now. anyone have any stories with them?

Looking for high quality, lightly used, interesting/curated furniture and decor. I already know that Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp exist; thats not what I’m asking about here. Thank you!
