I have them. Substantial, heavy cookware that heats evenly and retains heat well. We were going to get Lagostina 5 ply copper core set then we saw these. We would have spent several hundreds more which is money well saved imo. Costco's warranty alone makes them worth it, because if you do screw them up you can always return them for your money back. As for use, the copper bands will corrode / discolour from regular use. It's copper. It does that. They seem a bit more prone to salt pitting than our old Lagostinas. And they are heavy. The wife asks me to drain the pasta now. We never had a saute pan before and it's been nice to use. It also works good for stir fries and casseroles. The sauce pans are nice, although we've kept using our Lagostina 1 qt for cans of soup and such. We also kept our Lagostina steamer insert as it fits the 3 qt pot nice. That 12" fry pan is very nice for steaks, chops, and going stove top to oven. The only thing we don't use the 10" fry pan. Edit to add: just read a post where someone who doesn't own them says something negative about the handles. They're fine. They feel both comfortable and secure. More on reddit.com
