I use the DeWalt one. The battery life is pretty good. It's plenty long enough for doing a few boards or some smaller projects. I have a plug-in one I will break out if I'm doing a large project. I have had both the corded and battery operated from DeWalt and they're fine for the budget, but upgrading to the 3M xtract 5 inch was nearly a religious experience. I have it hooked up to a Festool extractor and use the xtract discs. No dust, no swirls, incredibly fast, and I can hold it for hours because you can hardly even feel it vibrate. More on reddit.com

Local Lowe's has DeWalt 20v orbital brushless for $99 right now. Almost bought one yesterday but didn't so can't speak to battery life etc.
