The rear fan, and all of the front fans are facing the wrong way. The air travels through the logo face, air comes out of the fan behind the logo. Top fans are good, personally I’d move the top fans further back, this way they push more hot air out (rather than just air) Answer from -tobyt on reddit.com

Set fan lighting and rotation in iCUE – Corsair
You can rotate the position of each fan by 90 degrees by going to your current lighting profile and adding the fan in quick lighting zone. Now choose the direction of the rotation on the far right.

r/Corsair on Reddit: Are my fans facing the right way. Or should I change the orientation?
December 26, 2021 - The other three should have the Corsair logo facing into the case. You always want an even amount of intakes and exhausts or at least more intakes. Also the top and back should always be exhaust ... Flip the fronts as they are exhausting and you want them to intake. Plus if you put them on the other side of the AIO you’ll be able to see your pretty lights. Flip the rear fan as it’s currently intake.

Corsair Fan Direction Setting: Method For Adjusting & Why It Is Important - West Games
May 19, 2021 - Players have the option to rotate these any single way that they like, as long as their direction is within 90 degrees of the original position. Change these in any way that you’d like so that they match your exact needs. Keep in mind that there’s the option to change the order of these fans through the iCUE app too, so users should make sure that they use those to their advantage too. Corsair 120 af fan direction? | Tom's Hardware Forum
May 25, 2018 - Without looking at the sticker on the motor, virtually every fan has arrows molded into the plastic frame on the side. One points around the frame, and that's the direction of blade turning when the fan is wired properly to power supply.

PSU fan up or down? How to mount your PSU | CORSAIR
September 30, 2025 - Most standard mid-tower to full-tower PC cases have the PSU mounted at the back, on the bottom of the case. In most cases, there will be an opening at the bottom. If your case has this opening, mount the PSU with the fan side facing down. This setup allows the PSU to intake fresh air directly from outside the case.

r/Corsair on Reddit: LL120/140 fans in reverse
September 1, 2018 -

Apologies if this has been asked, but when I searched (here and across the broader web including Corsair forums) the most recent post around this topic was at least 6 months old. I am hoping maybe things have changed since then and Corsair or someone else has come up with a fix.

Basically I wanted to know if anyone has seen one of the LL fans with the light loop on the exhaust side of the fan. I was planning to do a new RGB build and fully kit out the PC with corsair (fans, RAM, AIO cooler), but I want all of the fan LED's visible inside the case, and since the majority of fans will be intake vs. exhaust, it would be a waste of money to get Light Loop fans only to have the RGB ring facing away from the viewer. I messaged Corsair about it but haven't heard back.
