I have bought cabinets for two kitchens and two bathrooms from a local kitchen and bath wholesaler and they were all manufactured by Bertch. wonderful quality. I should say that the cost of my last purchase, a bathroom cabinet was half the cost that Home Depot quoted for a similar cabinet.

I buy dressers ($30-200) from fb marketplace or Craigslist, remove the top, and add either an off-the-shelf vanity top ($150) from the green big box, or get a custom slab of quartz with an undermount sink ($400) from a local countertop fabricator. I’ve also just cut a hole in the top of a dresser, coated it with a few coats of poly, and dropped in a porcelain sink. So far it’s been fine in a frequently-used bathroom for about five years now.

August 6, 2021 - I bought one a few years ago for a bathroom reno. Perfectly happy with it, quality is good. The wood hasn't chipped or started to warp from water or anything like that. Countertop is fine, nothing fancy but no scratching or anything. Countertop overlaps the sink so no black caulk. If you're not in a hurry, there's usually a few models that go on sale. July 4, 2019 - I just saw this at Costco today. My thinking is that it would be compliant because it's not a receptacle that's "installed" in the cabinet per se. The jurisdiction of Part 1 of the CEC ends at the receptacle, in this case the wall receptacle that this vanity plugs into. It doesn't have any say about where or how a power bar is installed.
