Idk what I’m doing wrong. I am trying so hard to enjoy these but keep running into issues. I really don’t like how the left and right buds are specific. For example if i only want the left ear bud in, I lose all the controls from the right and vice versa. That I can kinda get used to but the main issue I have is with the touch control features and how sensitive they are. The other day I was running in the rain and it was pouring. I put my hood on and my run kept being interrupted by the earbuds going in and out of quite/aware mode in addition to pausing and skipping songs due to the jacket rubbing against the buds. It was very annoying to not be able to lock them. Also, if I take out one earbud, say for example the left one and I put it in my pocket, it will still obey touch controls and stuff as if it were still in the ear. Super annoying!! I’m about real Close to returning these :(

I was looking for a pair of Bose QC Ultra earbuds and I found a pair off of Costco. They were $230 and they came with a $50 gift card. It says the gift card is for apple, google play, and more. I’m not sure what the other options for gift cards are though. Has anyone bought this deal before, and if so what other options were there for gift cards?
