I’ve tried almost everything sold at our store over the years and found the holiday chocolate selection, sadly, unremarkable. It’s not bad but not great either. If you still would like to get something, I’d say just look at the content and see what “speaks to you”. :) Kirkland Belgian chocolate selection or Lindt truffle mix (it was on sale before) would probably be my choice but again, it’s nothing special. I’ve read here people raving about French chocolate “crepes” but they were also just ok for me. Walkers shortbread is good quality and the box is very cute, but I thought it was expensive before and current price is just obscene. We did not like the Italian cookies (gold box) and some of the French ones (sable?) were oddly too salty. Danish cookies (blue tins) are same everywhere. I honestly prefer Trader Joe’s or Aldi/Lidl for the seasonal sweets. You can get more variety and same or better quality. More on reddit.com

Check the ingredients. Sometimes chocolates like that have sorbitol in the filling, and too much of that can cause stomach distress. Not saying don’t eat them- just don’t scarf the whole thing at once if it’s in there.
