We got the 11 in Carver in King for my in-laws. We also got, also from Costco, the Tempur-Pedic Serenity mattress topper. They love the combination of the two.
I have a similar combination on my own bed (a firm cheap Sealy mattress with a Tempur-Pedic bed topper) and I believe it's a winning combination.
The firmness provides support and the topper provides comfort.

Initially, I was sleeping pretty well on the Novaform 14" Serafina Gel Queen Memory Foam Mattress although my wife thought it was too hard from the start. After a year of sleeping on the mattress, I must agree with her. There is very little "give" to this foam and my back and joint pains returned after a few months of relief. (Imagine what the innerspring monster was like if this gave me relief when switching).

I'm looking to get a new innerspring mattress at Costco and I'm wondering what anyone's experience is with any of these three specific mattresses. We are side/back sleepers. My husband has a bad back and our Saatva Classic, Saatva Latex, and Joybed murdered his back. He's a big fan of old school inner spring mattresses. We're looking at medium and plush models in a Cali King size. Neither of us enjoys the feel of memory foam.
