Have you noticed the $999 French door refrigerators at your Costco or is this only at the one I go to? They are very nice and for $1000 I think those are a steal.

Man, I do not get why anyone buys appliances from anywhere else. I’ve been carving ice out of my 2014 fridge for the past 6 months, once a month waiting for a deal.
Checked out the fridge in person, ended up getting a higher priced one I preferred to fit the deal, $2199.99 - added a much needed freezer for the basement - $399. Total after tax: $2119.99 🥹
Better fridge, new freezer + the appliance benefits.
I just needed to celebrate with those who hopefully understand 😂🎉
I got a brand new LG refrigerator delivered from Costco yesterday. It has been over 30 hours and the refrigerator is not cooling at all. I’ve gone through the frequently asked questions in the manual and cannot figure out why it is not working. There was a suggestion that the refrigerator might be in display mode, so I made sure it was not in display mode put it in display mode and took it out of display mode again just to be sure.
I was not here when the Costco delivery guys made the delivery, but I am told the guy was pretty rude and maybe he didn’t hook it up right. But I’m not sure what he could’ve done differently? I’m wondering if possibly it wasn’t assembled properly with wiring on the doors or something to that effect.
I have also hooked it up to my LG app and I’ve run the LG full diagnostics on it and the diagnostics say there’s nothing wrong with the unit. It is not even cooling one bit, the lights are on. I hear a motor kick on and it’s set for 37° in the fridge and 0° in the freezer.
Does anybody have an idea of what I might be able to do? It’s going to be almost 2 weeks before LG can have somebody come out and look at this and a week before and installer can come make sure that it was installed properly.
