Is anyone else completely unable to sign in on any device or browser?

Logging in with membership info isn’t enough, now Costco wants access to my financial institution or credit information?
I initially had this problem back in March, I was unable to sign in with my Costco account and had to contact customer support. They deleted my account and allowed me to remake it.
Today it happened again. I sign in on a new computer and I can't, it says invalid password. I know for a fact that's wrong because I use a password manager but I reset anyways. It lets me reset my password to the same one I used before. I try to sign in again; invalid password.
Okay, I get in contact with customer support. They say I can either delete my account again or create a new account with the same membership number and a new email. I opt to just do that because I don't want to delete a new account again. I register and I'm logged in automatically. Great.
Only problem is that I go to check out a purchase and... It asks me to sign in again. What?? And of course I can't, not with the new account, not with the old account.
I've tried different browsers. I've even tried downloading the app on my phone and signing in there. NOTHING! It says it's invalid EVERYWHERE! How is it possible that multiple accounts, across multiple platforms, across multiple browsers, are all unable to sign in? It has to be an issue on their end, right?
Again, I use a password manager so it's not like I'm making a typo. I can go to customer service again but what good does it do if I just get signed out on checkout and I'm SOL again?
