I’m looking for a new office chair and wondering if anyone has experience with the ones Costco carries. I know brands like Steelcase, Herman Miller, and Haworth are the usual go-tos, but I’m indecisive af, and most used office furniture stores only allow exchanges, not returns. Costco’s return policy is unmatched, so buying from them would give me peace of mind if I end up regretting my choice.
I see they carry HON, La-Z-Boy, Lillian, and a few others—anyone have experience with these? How do they hold up for long hours of use? Looking for good lumbar support and seat comfort (bony ass problems).
Also, shoutout to Costco’s return policy—I just returned a 3-year-old mattress due to sagging with no issues. Would love to hear your thoughts before I pull the trigger!

Hello friends!
I actually own a ticova ergonomic office chair that i used for more than a year now (i bought it after seeing it recommended by BTOD).
I love this chair and i found it very good! the only thing that i found to be lacking is the plastic lumbar support that i wished had more cushion but that did not bother me really.
I went to costco last week and i found this chair being displayed :
True Innovations Mesh Office Chair | Costco
And when i sat on it it felt just as good as the ticova but with the added benefit of having a lumbar cushion so to me it felt like a perfect ticova.
However browsing this sub i found that costco chairs have bad reputation wich lead me to this post.
If the costco chair felt really good to me, does this bad reputation actually matter? maybe the durability is the problem (being good the first weeks and then feel bad after) however i am not very heavy or massive (i am 135lbs, 5'8'')
Thanks
