Hey all, looking to get into playing the piano and costco has a Roland Nuvola piano for $599 at my location. Havent been able to find many reviews over this piano but its seems like it could be a good deal. What do you guys think?
EDIT: Finally got the piano! It sounds well and the build seems sturdy. Thanks for your input and helping me make a decision. Any tips for beginners? Hoping to learn the keys in a decent amount of time, not my first time playing/reading music(Clarinet was my first) so hopefully learning to read piano wont take so long Link to photo
There's a Yamaha special event at Sterling, VA store from July 11-20th according to Costco website. Anyone seeing which models are sold and remembering what are the general price range there? I called the warehouse staff but they said they knew nothing. It's quite a drive from where I live so I don't want to drive to the store and return with disappointment
St. Rose Pkwy, SW Henderson, NV. Never saw this before. As in an actual acoustic piano of of any sort, let alone a baby grand.
I play piano and have this exact model in my house albeit with a satin finish. Bought it new from a local dealer three years ago and it was cheaper than this price, although it’s quite possible it would be more expensive these days with inflation/tariffs.
My partner played a grand piano all his life but stopped in adulthood because life (ie moved out of the parents house).
We now have a baby and he wants to get back into it to get her to love music (and eventually teach her), but living in an apartment we obviously can't get the heavy acoustic piano he would probably want. I want to surprise him for his birthday and saw Costco has some great options. My budget is no more than 1500 CAD.
I've been reading about these on reddit and other places but I'm in over my head. Please help! Im willing to buy used for a better quality one, but figured with Costco we can return if he'd have any issues with it (though I'm sure he'd like anything he can play!). Roland FRP Nuvola for $900, Yamaha P125A for $1200, Casio AP-265 for $1400.
Thank you. :)
The Costco Yamaha Road show doesn’t seem to publish a price list.

Does anyone know the inventory / prices they have? Specifically looking for acoustic upright/baby grands.
Thanks!!
