Hi When I tried to log in with my email , usually it gave a code or a link to log in automatically and now it asked me to put password to be sure it’s me. So I tried couple times last Thursday thinking that I remember the password. But I don’t remember. So I tried to change it and it said too many time attempts , try later. So I waited until Saturday and I tried it 5 times today and it still don’t work, I even tried to log in with google(with my email) it somehow created a new account? Does anyone know how to solve this issue and how many days should I wait before retrying ? Thank you.

So I created a tiktok account on my laptop using their website, NOT the mobile app. It was a while ago and I forgot the password and even how I set up the account (it was set up with probably an email - def not a phone number). When I go to the site from my chrome login, it does auto log me in which is nice, but the desktop client doesn't let you change your email address or even see what email it is, so I have no way to reset my password. If I ever get logged out, the account is effectively gone. How can I fix this? I need this particular account.

TLDR: How can I resent either my email OR password from within the TikTok website (NOT the mobile app).

EDIT: I appreciate tips regarding people (individuals) to reach out to who can help me reset it, but I don't feel comfortable giving someone my handle and giving them control to reset it. I need to find a legitimate way to do it through customer support or the website itself. No offense of course, I'm just not comfortable with that.
