I just want to flag an issue with Covers-And-All and their customer service.
If you are not happy with your purchase, they will not let you return it unless (I suppose) they made an obvious mistake with the order.
So you better be sure that you will really like what you are getting. Because if for some reason you do not like it, tough luck: you will be stuck with it.
From where I stand, there is a difference between seeing things online and seeing and touching them in reality. And because of that, online retailers should accept returns, no questions asked. Apparently, that is not the policy of Covers-And-All.
Buyer beware.
Been finding a lot of contradicting info and some that maybe doesn't apply to Canada. What does one have to do legally when recording a cover? Some say one need permission from the songwriter, some say one doesn't. If you've got sources, that'd be great. Thanks for reading!
