April 27, 2024cPanel username and password - same as WHM ?
I am using the QuickStart Guide for a Lightsail cPanel & WHM server instance. All WHM settings are updated, including WHM password as per QuickStart guide. But when I attempt to log into cPanel (:2083) I am unsuccessful using the WHM login username and updated password. More on repost.aws

I'd recommend that you contact your web host. You can likely reset the cPanel password from under your services in their portal, but their website seems to be broken and I cannot tell if they're using WHMCS or another platform for management, it looks to be WHMCS by the links but it doesn't load properly for me. Hi all. I'm trying to find out how I get my cpanel login information. I don't exactly need it, as up to now every time I log into cpanel, I just click a button in my hosting provider account (nixihost or hostgator) and click a button that says "login to cpanel" or "file manager". This works just fine, but if I just go to domain.com/cpanel, I have no clue what my login information. I guess I don't exactly need it, but I'd honestly just like to know how to get this information.

You receive this when you signup. Search for a new account information type email. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it. If you can’t find it: with most client panels like WHMCS, you can see your emails in your client area.
