Hey,
I have a small business in Alberta and just reached the 30K mark. I obtained a GST number and received an email from the CRA to check for mail in my business account. If I don’t have one, sign up for one. Sure, easy enough…BUT when I try to register for a business account with my SIN, DOB and Line 15000 from 2023’s NOA, I’m getting an error message about already having a CRA user ID. It says to sign in with that credential but I don’t see anywhere on my personal account to register for a business account. What am I doing wrong?
