Hey all, just wondering if there was a subreddit that highlighted deals on amazon.
Hello, I want to buy this movie. It says you can save $15 when you buy 3 items, but do you know how to find the list? For the 3 for 2 offer, you can click directly, but For this offer, I couldn't find anything other than buying 3 copies of this film... thanks

Their home improvement and kitchen sections have some of the best deals. I think it's because most people prefer to buy those items from other places. However, if you're willing to take some risks (pretty low because you can always return easily), then you can get a lot of really nice stuff over 50% off from Amazon Warehouse.
There's hundreds of thousands of items so make sure to search for what you want. Or use the category filters to browse categories that interest you. Also, when searching make sure to use as few words as you need for the item you're looking for. This is because my site searches for each word to be present in the titles. For example, "men's 10" will return much more results than "men's size 10 shoe". Also, certain words like "table" are contained in many other words like "adjustTable". In those cases, it's better to quote the word when searching to make sure it searched for the exact word and not words containing that word. I'm working on improving this.
This is a link to the site with those categories selected (My site also has many other categories, but these are the ones relevant to this subreddit):
https://dealforager.com/deals?cat=0000000000100000010000
Note: This also works for other countries including Canada, UK, and Germany. The country selector is on the top right.
Edit: Please share it with your friends and family. It also has deals for many other categories. The only way I can keep this site running is if I get enough traffic because the infrastructure costs are high. I also have a subreddit for the site: r/dealforager
Here are a few sites that I have used over the years to get free stuff. All are 100% legit and I have received a lot of freebies. I will explain the pros and cons of each method.
1.Snagshout: It has the best freebies but limits you to 5-10 days (I think). Payouts are great and there are lots of options.
2.Eliterebate: It has the most free stuff and deals, but the site itself is annoying. It loads 10 products on the screen about every 20 seconds, and the output of the products is still there. Once you figure out the site, you can get 10+ freebies a week easily. Payments are fast and automatic via debit card or direct deposit.
3.TestMarket: This site used to be better, but now has fewer deals. You can get up to 5 free gifts a week. After 7 days of payment, you can claim as an Amazon gift card (minimum $2), PayPal (minimum $10), or bank transfer (minimum $500)
4.NoCostDelights:A site that requires a 5-star review to get many products for free. although there is a section that allows you to get free and discounted products without a review. Products are updated more frequently recently, Payments are sent very quickly (1-3 days) via PayPal. Customer service is pretty good.
Now granted, I’m not shopping for anything big at this point, but I was going to pick up an extra Weather Radio and some coffee, but I see the deals are not that great. What about you?
I keep seeing this account on TikTok that shares deals on Amazon. I understand why she does it, she gets commission when you buy from her storefront or however it works. What I don’t understand is where she finds these deals, and if the products are legit.
Basically, she gives a big list of expensive products that you can redeem discounts and coupon codes for, and get for free or very discounted. For example, there will be a 600 dollar drone or vacuum for free or for 26 bucks. All of the products have no brand name (they say “generic”) and no reviews. It just seems fishy to me. From what I understand, there is a certain amount of product that sells for free, then it turns to 90% off or close to that. I haven’t caught a free product in time yet, but I guess there is no harm in ordering something that’s free and I’ll see what comes in the mail!
I’m just curious if anyone knows anything about this?
I'm just wondering if anyone knows or has figured out a way to search Amazon for deals or lightning deals but also to show if they have coupons or promo codes at the same time that way it's easier to weed out a lot of the inflated prices with added discount and find price errors
I took a screen recording before Prime Day and then today during Prime Day and you can clearly see where prices were inflated on Prime Day to make it appear there were deals when they are the same price. I’d share the videos but I can’t in this subreddit.
Example: PETICON SUV Cargo Liner for dogs. Full price on 10/5 $35.99 Prime Day deal on 10/7 “Prime Big Deal” List Price $45.99 discounted to $35.99 “22% discount”.
Such a scam.
EDIT: Thanks everyone for the recommends on different options to look at price history. I didn’t know they existed so I’ll absolutely be using them.
Prime Day is around the corner and all I’m seeing is “big sale” banners and crazy discount tags everywhere. But honestly, some of the stuff I’ve been watching seems to be the same price as before or barely changed. One product showed 40 percent off but I’m pretty sure it was at that same price last month too
I heard there are tools that can show the price history or let you compare prices across different sites. Never used them though. Do those actually work? Can they help you figure out if the deal is real or just marketing fluff?
Trying to decide whether it’s even worth buying anything during these sales or if it’s just clever pricing tricks. Anyone else feeling the same?
Let’s say I want to buy x, what websites do you check to see if there’s a deal going on for them? I usually just google, but I often see so many random websites with so called deals. Is there a better way to see what sales are going around for a partial item without going to each different stores website?
Seriously, every year millions of people fall for the same trap buying a ton of stuff they don’t actually need, just because some flashy deals show up on their screens. Most “discounts” are inflated prices or bundling junk with things no one wants. It’s less about saving money and more about pushing mindless consumerism.
If you really want to save, learn to wait, research prices, and buy only what you actually need not what’s marketed to you during these hype sales. But hey, who am I kidding? The rush to add random crap to the cart is a modern addiction.
Anyone else feel like Prime Day is just a giant retail circus?
Saw this yesterday just midnight after the sale started and it was already out of stock. Are these deals even legit ?
I was hoping some of you can give me advice on how come I randomly got a giant discount (-68%) off on a motherboard I have saved on my list. I’ve noticed that I had a computer case on my list that was initially 105 and on pcpicker it was the same price, but Amazon randomly had it 50% off. Can anyone explain why this random discounts happen?
Just getting started with my Home Assistant - pretty much just tying Tapo lights together and making a dashboard. Looking to start getting into presence sensors, soil quality sensors, etc. but don't really know where to start.
We rent our home, so I can't do anything too crazy, but are there any noteworthy/recommended deals happening with the Amazon Black Friday sales?
Does anyone know how to check what items are included in the deal?
