I'm making a custom, progression based modpack, and it features "time travel" The way i plan to do the time travel is have separate dimensions for each "era". Is there a mod that allows me to create and save dimensions, each with a different type of terrain generation (or a specific map, for like ancient rome or something) I know mods like dimensional doors and such exist, but that's not exactly what i'm looking for. Is there a mod that does what I need it to?
Using 1.12.2 btw

Ive noticed a lot of create modpacks, but dimension mods are something ive never seen one that has any big dimension mods like aether, twilight, blue skies, undergarden, bumblezone, etc. Is there even such a modpack?
I'm making a modpack for me and my friends to play and I had this fun ideia. Maybe have some kind of ore or a very rare loot drop that the player can get, which he can use to open a portal to a cobblemon dimension! It would be a normal over world just with pokemon on it! My question is how can I make this new dimension? Can I make it in KubeJS? If yes, how? If no, are there other tools to help me?
I'm trying to put together a themed modpack for a semi-private group of friends. I've made a few before using TechnicPack themed around Magic and Technology, but this one I'd like to make all about exploring new Minecraft Dimensions.
I've researched on my own and have found dimension mods such as Atum, Twilight Forest, AbyssalCraft, Erebus and Aether, but was wondering if anyone could suggest any more lesser known ones that I might be missing. I'm also looking for any additional mods that might work well with these.
EDIT: I also plan to run this pack on a modded server that I'm hosting for the aforementioned semi-private group.
I take it you're not looking for dimension genning mods like Mystcraft and RFTools?
In that case there's:
Extra Utilities - Deep Dark and the Last Millenium.
Lord of the Rings mod - Middle Earth
Galacticraft - planets and moons.
Runic Dungeons for a purely Dungeon Dimension.
Advent of Ascension is a BIG one but it adds a lot more than just dimensions (it adds a ton of those) and can make early game pretty difficult.
I know Chromaticraft adds a dimension
Dimensional doors can be a pretty cool one to
nothing else really jumps to mind that hasn't already been mentioned
