I want to build a moving contraption that can be walked across while spinning. Think of the windmill, but I can control the speed of it (unless you CAN do that with windmills and O haven't figured it out yet, lol).

There are 3 rotating blocks I believe, one is the windmill bearing, one is the clockwork bearing (not usefull here), and the last one is the mechanical bearing. You can use that with a sequenced gearshift to "program" a set of instructions for the bearing to rotate.

You'd need to make fake blocks that you can turn however you want. If you've seen u/Maxed_Out10 recent videos, you'll find that he's one to make fake blocks using only commands. Once you figure out how to make fake blocks, all you need to do is then replace the original block, rotate it, then put it back.
