Can I get a credit card with a $2000 limit?
Yes, there are various cards with a $2,000 credit limit. A few good options include OpenSky Secured Visa Credit Card, First Progress Platinum Select Mastercard Secured Credit Card, and Discover it Secured Credit Card.
How to get a credit card with higher limits?
Higher limits generally require a credit score of at least 690 for approval. If you have a score below that or have no history at all, you can consider secured credit cards with higher limits. You will be required to pay the security deposit equal to the amount of the credit limit you require for approval.
What credit card can I get with bad credit and no deposit?

Petal 1 Rise Credit Card is specifically for people who want to build or rebuild their credit score and it requires no deposit for approval. Anyone can apply for the card regardless of their credit score and cardholders earn 2% to 10% cash back at select local and national merchants.
Hey guys! First time poster long time lurker!
So this morning I woke up and checked my score and saw I finally broke 700. It's crazy that less than a year ago I was around 550!? So coincidentally in the mail today I received a promotion from Capitol One for a pre-approved card with a $2000 limit. Currently I have a secured credit card with Chime and a new car loan on my credit that's really helping it grow. After doing my research I saw that it's good to have a few accounts with low balances and to stay at about 30% utilization. So my question is should I go ahead with this card? Keep shopping around? Or stay on the path I'm on now for a while until I open another credit account?
UPDATE : So after reviewing the letter it is from Credit One and not Capitol One. In all honesty I most likely wouldn't have gone with the mailer offer only because I know how predatory they can be. I think it was more so the excitement of actually getting an offer in the mail because I never have before (not even while I was in college!?) I really appreciate all the responses, you guys have given me good information on what I should look into. Thanks!
I have really good credit, and I need to pay my contractors tomorrow, while I’m waiting for my HELOC to close, which should happen in a few days, or at least by next week. I can either wipe out my bank account and not have money for bills, or I’d rather get a credit card out and pay with that. I know I’ll get approved. I also don’t want to have an early payoff penalty. Recommendations?
