Not a big problem, but an annoyance.
I've tried to login to my account using Firefox, Chrome, Edge, IE, Brave, & Opera using multiple machines (2 windows Laptops at home, 1 Windows desktop at work, as well as an iPad, AND, the MyCricketwireless Android app on my Galaxy Note 8). In all of these attempts I get this message after entering username & password: " Access to My Account is unavailable. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-CRICKET (274-2538) for help. "
This has been going on for at least 2 months.
Doesn't matter if I disable all browser extensions & some of the browsers I listed above were completely fresh installs (the 1st thing I would try after installing the browser was to login to Cricket).
Nor does it matter if I try logging in using my phone number or Username.
But, as soon as I turn off wifi on my Note 8, I can login - even if that's 30 seconds after not being able to when on wifi, or while the login page is still up on 1 of my PC browsers.
Any ideas?
