Cricket Payment Card Issue - bought from Target
I had this problem before but I am sorry I don't remember the exact fix. The card is good in my case. Target is not the party to help you, nor is cricket. There is a support number on the card. I don't remember if they had to do something about the type of card or told me to redeem it using a different payment method, or both. In the end I was able to load card balance to my account.
Saving a few dollars is difficult 😀

Something similar happened to me. I bought the cards at Target couldn’t pay thru the app or quick pay (thru a browser). I tried in Spanish and it worked. Go figure

I have ordered a $50 cricket card and try to load it online but kept getting this error message
"Looks like your card information is incorrect. Please double-check it and try again. "
Called customer service and it seems no one even understand what "service payment card" is and asking for the 10-digit pin (refill card?) which I don't have.
Wasted almost 2 hours up to today to talk to numerous Cricket CSRs online/on the phone but no one has a clue what the issue is. Tried "make quick payment link", "online automatic payment" and all failed...
What a mess! Now the only option I have is to contact Target for return? I am wondering if it is returnable because the card issuer confirms it has correct $50 balance and in good condition?
I tried to call customer service 6 times and just couldn’t get a human to talk to me or get my answers from automated system. I bought a cricket gift card on Kroger.com and I just used the myCricket app to pay the $100 by clicking on “Cricket Service Payment “ from the App and followed the steps. But my account doesn’t show any balance, and when I made a phone call to verify, the automatic system says I made a payment of $100 on April 24th/today and I have signed up for auto pay, I’ll be deducted $60 debit on my next due day (May23) from my credit card on file . My question is , I already just paid $100 credit to my account, will money still be deducted from my card on file the next due date? Also I have a $40 monthly plan but the automatic system is saying $60 “debit” will be deducted from my account! I’m confused 🤷🏻♂️ and couldn’t talk to a rep to find out . If I paid $100 using Cricket Service Payment with my gift card, I should see no deductions from my credit card for at least 2-3 months no? Since I already paid for the current month yesterday and still have 29 days from next due date.
I have an issue with a cricket payment card I purchased from target. I bought 6 cards and 5 of them worked fine, one of them did not go through the redemption process. The error message I got was: "Looks like your card information is incorrect. Please double-check it and try again.".
I have contacted target 3 times, cricket 3 times, neither of them was able to help me - target says I have to contact cricket since they already verified it's an activated card with a balance on it, they are not able to refund the card or do anything else, while cricket says they are not able to access the card because I purchased the card from Target, not cricket, so I have to go back to target. I spent my morning trying to solve the issue, I feel really frustrated and helpless.
I am here to see did anyone have a similar issue before? Is there any way I can get this solved? If you happen to know which department/person I should contact, please kindly let me know. Thanks in advance!

Did you try calling the number to check the balance?
A couple years ago I tried to redeem one while Cricket had an outage, and every time I tried it put a pending charge of $1 on the card. I just had to wait a week or so until all those pending charges fell off, and it went back to the full balance.
