I’m on the hunt for genuinely petite jeans for 5’1 and under (ideally 26 inseam or shorter) that are good, long lasting quality. I’ve tried Abercrombie, Agolde, Mother, and Madewell but have only had luck with a couple of pairs from each. I’m kind of burnt out from researching then ordering and ultimately having to return. I adore my petite short 90’s straight jeans from A&F but I swear they changed their quality and sizing because recently the “short” length sizing has been completely off in every way.
Honestly, I don’t even mind paying more $$ for a solid HG pair of jeans that my short legs aren’t swimming in. 😩 Bonus points for any ankle length jeans (straight or wide leg)!

I just bought a pair of wide leg jeans from Uniqlo. I found out that you can pay them $5 and they will hem it for you before they ship it. I’m 5’2” and I had them adjust the inseam to 28.5” and it was perfect. Something to consider!
