September 4, 2008 - I just had this same problem with my Z-Force 50 so I pulled the transmissions and changed the oil and so far it seems to have fix it. But I don't know if it was the oil change or just cleaning all the junk off them. The transmission that was acting up had a lot of stuff packed in around the relief lever. do you mean the pressure release? they are turned as tight as possible.. man that woulda been nice though if that were the problem.. haha i sure wish i could just find a used hydro trans for this unit. it'll probably be near impossible to find used parts for a Cub Cadet Z mower.. b/c they're (for lack of a better word..
