To start, yes I am completely new to this and am doing some research before I make an attempt at entering the dropshipping business. I would like to know if it is possible to custom design a product and then sell it through this model? Or can it only be premade t shirts and of the sort with "custom" designs sprayed onto them? I am looking to design Stim Toys for those of us on the Autism Spectrum and have them dropshipped. By that, I mean literally designing them from scratch using computer software and then having a supplier manufacture the product and ship it (so, I don't mean something along the lines of something predesigned with some custom logo sprayed onto to it). I am surprised by how there seems to be nothing about this specific topic of completely custom designed products on the internet for dropshipping for those of us who are still trying to figure out the ins and outs of it. I even tried to call suppliers and found no phone numbers (instead, they had some clunky virtual help center stuff). I literally found nothing on this despite spending hours at this point on the subject. Can dropshipping only include premade products? How does that work?
