Customer care is so bad now
If you worked for a retail store then you should know you have to be on wifi to activate an esim. It doesn't just magically turn on. You have to go to settings and choose to add esim. IMEI automatically pulls your sim number in the system no need for you to give them the esim number. You should also know that Apple has nothing to do with activating your carrier's cell service. Ex-T-Mobile Rep's Advice: When Not to Call Customer Service
Yea that happened yesterday, a customer came in and ended up having to call care. They then walked up to us and said.."ummm its a 30 min wait" So my co-worker goes..."yes its saturday afternoon..everyone is home and probably calling in about something". The funny thing is I would imagine 80-90% of calls to t-mobile care have nothing to do with t-mobile, just like how people come into the stores with issues that have nothing to do with us. How can they change the terms, and I can’t? They changed auto payment to require to debit directly from a bank account, with a massive increase of $50 per month if I continue to pay via credit card. I had called customer service and spent three hours on the line, and they promised to honor the original agreement.
