Sorry for the double sub post x3. I'm sure you've all noticed; major phone case retailers often only have the same kind of case; black, rugged, or dull colorways. This isn't enough for me. I'm someone who's always been on the hunt for that perfect case. And as I'm extremely careful with any device, the protection factor isn't a huge make-or-break deal for me.

I'll list the case brands I've tried, so I'd love to hear if there are any hidden gems you can all suggest. Looking forward to this thread!

• IBLASON *: I've had a couple cases from these guys, notably one for the S24U. Decent quality case. Yellowed after a couple months though. And, the cover screen protector gets so much dust under it. You can, however, heat up the glue that holds it and pull it out. I wish I'd known about that BEFORE I traded my 24U else I'd probably have used it more. Open to maybe trying these guys again, but the outrageous shipping from their direct website, cheaper but not as many designs on Amazon, and pretty poor customer service will probably turn me away.

• ALIEXPRESS *: Honestly always comes in clutch. Not too many designs up at the moment since the phone hasn't officially released yet. I'm also weary buying off there this early after release. I ordered a bunch of Flip6 cases shortly after it released, and they didn't fit, because they were all Flip5 cases, and the sellers either didn't realise the dimensions were slightly off or didn't care. I'll be keeping an eye out on AliExpress as the week's go on.

• OTTERBOX *: Can have some cute designs but they favour Apple in this regard. Maybe we'll get something for this lineup as Samsung becomes more popular for them. My pink Fold6 has a really cute case from them that's my main.

• GHOSTTEK *: I'll be honest the only experience I have with these guys is a bad one for my fold, the front screen case was so poorly designed, covered a good portion of the front screen. Also still a bit "rugged" so will probably pass.

• SAMSUNG *: I always prefer Samsung stock cases tbh. But in Aus, we don't get any of the cuter Flipsuit cases or things like the Croc case or Hershey case so we don't have many options.

• BURGA *: I wanted to love BURGA. I had 5 cases from them in the past for my S23U. I'm not sure if they've bettered it now, but for the price you pay, the Samsung case equivalents are horrible quality. I had to get one replaced because the inner lining was so warped, and the replacement one was too. I had a couple of Elite cases as well, and the print quality was terrible, the grip rings prints were horribly cut and misaligned, and there was again slight warping at the bottom. I'll probably pass on these guys again.

• DBRAND *: Tbh I've only had a skin from them, and there aren't any really "girly" designs, but my partner has bought the Grip case from them in the past, and we were both satisfied with our skins last year, so I'll be probably inclined to purchase from these guys.

• SPIGEN *: Nothing really cute. I've used the Ultra Hybrid Neo case and it's good, but the plastic gets so slippery. And not really cute, so I'll probably pass.

• IFACE *: Not really any cute designs, I think a glitter one, but I've had a couple cases from them and I love the shape of their cases so they are definitely on the repurchase list. I love they've integrated a Mag ring into their clear case this year, Popsockets wouldn't stick to the 24U ver I had so this is an improvement haha.

This is all I can think of off the top of my head, so I hope my anecdotes help anyone looking for a case that isn't strictly performance. Feel free to leave your suggestions in the comments, and may we find "the perfect case" one day! 💞
