Those planning to attend a degree program can utilize American Council on Education (ACE) recommendations or European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS) recommendations, the industry standard for translating workplace learning to college credit. Learners can earn an ACE recommendation of up to 10 college credits (the equivalent of 3-4 college courses at the bachelor’s degree level), or seven ECTS credits, for completing the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate. To share proof of completion with schools, certificate graduates will receive an email prompting them to claim their Credly badge, which contains the ACE or ECTS credit recommendation.
