Upon booting up the PC the motherboard's Q-Code read out cycles though each Q-Code and gets stuck on d6; no console output devices are found. This is confirmed by the white LED illuminated below the Q-Code read out indicating a VGA error. Given the current GPU market, I am trying to use the integrated graphics on board the 12700K until I can get my hands on a 3080 FE or 3070 Ti FE.

Flashed the latest BIOS for the board using the "BIOS Flashback" button

Cleared CMOS through the "Clear CMOS" button

Using one stick of RAM in each slot

Checked the 8 pin CPU power connectors

Cleared CMOS through unplugging all power sources, including the battery, and discharging the capacitors though holding the power button

Re-seated the CPU to check for dirt, oils, etc.
