@vaqifcumartov the D6 error means the board is not enabling the onboard graphics. We will need to know if you get the same error when you remove your graphics card and use the onboard graphics. Otherwise, I would try a different graphics card. If that fails too, you may have issues with the CMOS IC. Answer from oldturkey03 on ifixit.com

r/ASUSROG on Reddit: Failure to complete POST, D6 Error
May 29, 2022 -

Upon booting up the PC the motherboard's Q-Code read out cycles though each Q-Code and gets stuck on d6; no console output devices are found. This is confirmed by the white LED illuminated below the Q-Code read out indicating a VGA error. Given the current GPU market, I am trying to use the integrated graphics on board the 12700K until I can get my hands on a 3080 FE or 3070 Ti FE.

Parts List:

  • Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus Z690 Hero

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-12700K Processor

  • RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5 DRAM 5600MHz C36

  • GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 FE or Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti FE (PENDING)

  • PSU: Corsair HX Series™ HX1000 (1kW)

  • Case: Corsair iCUE 5000X RGB Tempered Glass Mid-Tower ATX

  • Cooler: Corsair iCUE H150i Elite LCD Display Liquid CPU Cooler

  • Fans: Corsair iCUE ML120 RGB ELITE Premium Fan x 10

  • Display: ViewSonic VX2452MH - 24" 1080p 2ms Monitor

Since the initial boot I have

  • Flashed the latest BIOS for the board using the "BIOS Flashback" button

  • Cleared CMOS through the "Clear CMOS" button

  • Using one stick of RAM in each slot

  • Checked the 8 pin CPU power connectors

  • Cleared CMOS through unplugging all power sources, including the battery, and discharging the capacitors though holding the power button

  • Re-seated the CPU to check for dirt, oils, etc.

  • Used multiple HDMI cables

  • Used multiple displays (ViewSoinc VX2452MH - 24" 1080p 2ms Monitor & Samsung TV)

  • Tried with GPU and integrated graphics

Solved: boot stops with D6 error - Republic of Gamers Forum - 976878
December 5, 2023 - Allegedly, the D6 light indicates that there is no graphics card detected. I have unseated the graphics card and put it in multiple slots, etc.... still nothing. Also tried updating the bios using the flashbios utility on the motherboard.

If you can exchange the board or get store credit, ask for it, as the card is incompatible with your motherboard's PCIE card slots. Your motherboard is PCI Express 3.0, and the video card is Bus Standard PCI Express 2.0 · I know you might be using the onboard graphics now, but I just wanted you to check a few things in the BIOS as well. From the motherboard manual, if you can, try and fit your video card to PCI1 (that is the 3rd from the bottom). If you can make it fit, change the BIOS settings as listed, but I don't think it will fit without modding your case on the back. · Primary Graphics Adapter · * This allows you to select [Onboard], [PCI] or [PCI Express] as the boot graphics adapter priority. The default value is [PCI Express]. Set this to [PCI]. · Render Standby · * Use this to enable or disable Render Standby by Internal Graphics Device. The default value is [Enabled]. Set to disabled. · IGD Multi-Monitor · * Use this to enable or disable IGD Multi-Monitor by Internal Graphics Device. The default value is [Enabled]. For Windows® XP / XP 64-bit / Vista/ Vista 64-bit users, if you plan to install the PCI Express graphics card for video output, please set this item to [Disabled] to disable the onboard VGA in advance · DVMT Mode Select · * Use this option to adjust DVMT mode. The default value is [DVMT Mode]. Deselect this mode. · Also, try the video card in a different computer if you can and check the performance. · Let us know how you go.

Put 1 stick of RAM in memory slot DIMM_D1. You can try pressing the MemOK! button in the top right corner of you motherboard, it may help.
