Dagne Dover’s very underwhelming black friday sale this year is not its best sale of the year. I had planned to upgrade my medium landon carry all (which I love and take with me everyday to the gym) to a Large Landon. The large would be perfect as my flight carry on bag for trips longer than a weekend.

But after waiting for their BF sale, I refuse to upgrade because I know for sure earlier this year in April when I bought the medium, the discount was even steeper. I am sure the Large was on sale for $129~ in April because I was deciding between the Large and the Medium (on sale for $109). I thought for sure the BF sale would be the same or better discount but instead the bag is going for $168. I rather not reward the price markup by purchasing. I am strongly considering just buy the dupe at Quince which I’ve done before for the fanny pack and am very happy with the dupe.

Just venting here in hopes someone at DD wonders why their BF sales are down this year. Corporate greed does not win you repeat customers.
