I can’t reproduce this on my iPhone SE third generation. I switched to the regular Daniel Voice, and then I went to the rotor and listened to the word characters and it pronounced it normally. Hopefully this issue can get resolved for you soon though.

I modded the original annoucer pack with voice-overs all done through text-to-speech with the Daniel (UK) voice with reverb. At the moment, it only works on Summoner's Rift and Howling Abyss. I would like to make more exciting announcer packs and a tutorial on how to make them in the future, so this is just a basic start for me.

How to install:

Download the soundpack
Find the location of the annoucer sound file (Annoucer_Global_Female1_VO.wpk). For me, that file path is C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_game_client_en_us\managedfiles\0.0.0.242\DATA\Sounds\Wwise\VO\en_US\Shared
Rename the soundpack to match the original and delete the original to replace it. I have attached an image below to show you what it should look like.

Edit: I decided to make another version of the voice pack with the plain voice. I am also working on a new exciting soundpack and a demo video for it. Stay tuned, folks.

I think it's pretty good, but when you make a demo video, you should probably turn the in game sounds down so we can hear the announcer properly.
