I have a ryzen 7 3700x but since i don't have the best rn it gets a bit hot, life +70c just while browsing or sometimes idle and the fan does too much noise, so i intend to get a cpu cooler good enough for a few years even after i upgrade to another cpu like a ryzen 9 or something, do you guys think this one is good enough for that?

No, not really. Hardware Canucks on YouTube made a video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgGaEZjb5Ls ) recently showing that the Dark Rock PRO 4 (dual fan but same design), isn't very well optimized for the latest gen CPUs - you'd want to invest in a cooler that you can take with your to your next build I presume. If you're in the US, the Thermalright Peerless Assasin 120 is just factually the best cooler for its price ($41). Outside the US, you're better off looking for something like the Deepcool AK620 / AG620, ($50-70), Scythe Fuma 2 Rev.B ($65) or Arctic eSports 34 DUO ($50)
