I like data camp a lot and have been paying the discounted annual membership for years. You have to do your own projects and supplement with books to get a full spectrum to excel at work.

I finished about 350 DataCamp courses, so I'd be hypocritical if I said I didn't find it useful. It's great for getting surface level knowledge over a topic and learning the associated syntax. Especially if you need to get surface level knowledge for an upcoming project that you have no clue what you're getting into. If you don't apply what you learn, it will easily go in one ear out the other though. Don't expect the certificates to help you with finding a job outside of the knowledge you learn and showing that you have interest in learning more about your career outside of typical work conditions.
DataCamp still worth it in 2024?
DataCamp is great for learning python, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, and numpy. That's how I learned python and Data Science. I'm now a senior data engineer so I'd say its a great jumping off point. More on reddit.com

Datacamp has very good courses tbh. But the thing is, all of the information taught on datacamp or on other learning platforms is available online for free, on youtube and blogs. So it can be useful if the price is not an issue to you, but you can also learn it all for free in other places. An advantage of datacamp is that it will give you a learning roadmap so that's one thing not to worry about. You also get a certificate or something if you think that will improve your resume. I used datacamp for a long time. I do not recommend it. Finding a textbook and working off the examples they have in python is probably your best bet. For instance Yann Lecun’s deep learning class has 10-15 notebooks to go with each lecture. It’s no certificate but it will allow you to do a kaggle comp or some sort of project that would be way more valuable than datacamp More on reddit.com

The curriculum doesn't look bad, but in 2024, there's so much free content available that can teach you the same things. Everything you get there, you will also get for free (and perhaps better) from youtube/coursera.
