We kept debating on whether or not to get the Babyletto 4-in-1 mini crib or something a little cheaper, so I did a lot of research and found out that DaVinci is made by the same parent company who makes Babyletto, Namesake, and several other quality brands. So we ended up going with the DaVinci autumn 4-in-1 mini crib and it’s been great. It’s sturdy and well-made, my only complaint is that the holes for the screws are open and didn’t come with any caps to cover them, but that’s an aesthetic preference, not an actual issue. We love our daughter’s crib and she seems to like it a lot as well. More on reddit.com

January 21, 2025Specific Product Compatibility Question (Recommendations Needed) - Davinci Charlie Dresser and Drawer Organizer (Skubb boxes from Ikea)
What a coincidence, I have that exact dresser. And I have the ikea drawer organizers! So they fit, but not totally flush. There will be a small gap on either side, less than 1 inch and the boxes don't reach all the way back but for me that's fine because the drawers don't pull out all the way anyway.

So my wife and I went to Pottery Barn Kids last weekend and saw some dressers there but we didn't feel like the drawers slid all that smoothly, which is annoying considering how expensive they are. I'm willing to pay that amount, but I want to make sure I'm getting a great piece of furniture that will last.
I might be looking for a unicorn here but does anyone have suggestions for a dresser that checks all our boxes?

Look intro the Crate and Barrel kid dressers. The quality was much better than PB Kids. We ultimately decided on the ikea storemolla to save on money. The 8 drawer would be ideal, but it was too big, so we went with the 3 drawer piece which is smaller than you’re looking for but we like it so far! It soft closes and has a mechanism that only lets one drawer open at a time.

Has anyone had issues with the durability of daVinci products? I’ve seen that they have good reviews and the price point is appealing, but I’m worried about how long they’ll last. If you’ve purchased one of their cribs or dressers, have you had any issues with any parts of it breaking or needing replaced?

No issues, but my children were crib chewers, the crib now looks like a hamster chewed on it. 😅
