I have a different brand swivel reclining glider and lemme tell you that recline makes such a difference for comfort for breastfeeding! I have an overactive letdown so being able to recline helps a lot. My husband and I also tend to sleep in it if our LO ends up sleeping in his crib instead of the bassinet in our room. The one I have you cannot glide and recline at the same time but I’ve never felt like I wanted to anyway. More on reddit.com

With my first, we hadn’t really planned on getting a glider/recliner of any kind. Then I had an emergency C-section, and I sent my husband out to get one the day we got back from the hospital. It was big and ugly (think knockoff laz boy) but ot rocked and reclined and it was a lifesaver those first few days recovering from the C-section. I think I slept in it exclusively for like a week because it hurt too much getting in and out of bed. All this to say, I think a recline option is key - but it doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive at all (I want to say he got ours at Big Lots maybe? Or a furniture liquidation place). I've got this awesome Chocolate Brown Dutailier Glider. It reclines (HIGHLY RECOMMEND). I think white would be terrible. You will get baby vomit, spitup, milk, and god knows what else on that thing. Ours is over a year old and looks great. It's a microfiber of some type and cleans up easily. You do not need a gliding ottoman, but a foot rest of some type is helpful. I still use the glider every night to hold and cuddle my girl before bed, the recline feature makes it nice to lay back with her on my chest. LOVE. More on reddit.com

I’m currently 27 weeks with my first and looking at glider options for the nursery. Looking mostly at DaVinci (I actually bought a glider on Wayfair from Mack & Milo and super regretting it - will try to return it).
Having a hard time telling the difference and deciding between the DaVinci Olive, Piper, and Gabby. Anyone have one of these and can provide feedback??
The Olive is a swivel glider that comes with an ottoman (I already have a regular ottoman for the room and don’t really need another, but also could be nice to have a matching one specific for the glider).
The Piper is a swivel reclining glider, although I’m wondering from those who have it, do you actually use the reclining function? Can you glide the chair with the recliner up?
The Gabby is a swivel glider. Looks pretty similar to the Olive just without the ottoman, ever-so-slightly cheaper and a slightly different style.

We have the Everly from DaVinci which glides and reclines but I haven’t figured out a way to glide while reclining because to glide I need my feet on the ground lol. So I’m going to say no you can’t glide while it’s reclined but I do use the recline feature! Usually when baby naps once she’s out good I recline it and get comfy.
