Why Dbrand?
Are dbrand cases worth the $$$?
Can somebody explain me all the hype around dbrand skins? [RANT]
Plenty of people like them as with anything aesthetic its purely subjective, they provide thin protection and stop scuffs, provide grip instead of adding a cheap case taking away from the design.
More on reddit.comAnyone have experience with the Grip case from dBrand?
It is my question for all the users/customers of this sub. Why do you choose to use Dbrand?
Why go for their 70+ euro case, which would break very so often (as per the reviews). I don't remember the last time I have heard someone's 2 euro silicone case broke.
I can understand that the skins maybe good quality. Also that duo tone style like in acid skin is cool. But there aren't very many options. Same goes for the cases. Aren't they just black cases with a sticker at the back? If I had to wait for months for shipping, I would want the whole case, including the edges, to have the artwork/design.
I liked the ghost cases, up until they failed badly. Kudos to them for finally revising the design of that case. But that gesture is useless, unless they ship the case. I haven't seen a single post of anyone receiving a Ghost 2.0. Month(s) have past and they haven't even started shipping out the compensatory cases. The major reason for most of the people to use a case/skin is to protect their phones from scratches and other damage. Are you guys willing to use your phone for months without a case while waiting for dbrand to be kind enough to send you one?
It may sound like a rant but its a genuine question. "Why dbrand?" The customer support isnt what it used to be, shipping is slower than aliexpress, mixed reviews on quality, limited options phone-wise as well as design-wise and the prices are high as ever.
