I’m trying to install the Deepcool AK620 onto the motherboard right now but it currently looks like this. It is sitting right on top of my RAM which might be fine, but what bothers me is that it’s blocking the RGB on the RAM… is it okay to just rotate the cooler 180 degrees so the fans are facing the other direction?
And for anyone who is familiar with the Deepcool AK620, can I just clip the black fans to the other side of the metal parts or do I have to detach the entire cooler and rotate it?

You have to rotate the entire cooler and mounting system if you want it to face the other way. Alternatively, should it fit, you can simply attach the fan that is over the RAM to the other side of the left tower, so it'll be on the completely opposite side from where it is now. Make sure that it's "pulling" air through the heatsink instead of "pushing" should you do this.

It should work yes. If the front fan on the cooler is a bit too low and won't fit above the ram, simply raise it up a little. Vengeance lpx is some of the shortest ram you can get, that's the 'lpx' designation (low profile). Coolers often give specs for cooler clearance and front fan clearance because they can differ. Deepcool says 47mm to the bottom of the front fan. So yea you're good.
