PC Case = Fractal Design Focus G (max CPU cooler height = 165mm)

CPU Fan = DEEPCOOL Assassin III

I search "DEEPCOOL Assassin III CPU Cooler height", and it says "165mm tall".

Assuming this is the correct height, would I be able to install a CPU cooler with 0mm clearance?

Now, this is what's making me nervous; I search "DEEPCOOL Assassin III height" and it says "1760mm". Both results are from Google, and simply removing the words "CPU cooler" from my search gives me a completely different height measurement.

Can someone who owns this cooler (Assassin III) confirm what the height actually is? If it is indeed 165mm, will I be able to install it into a case which has a max CPU cooler height of 165mm? Or will this not be enough clearance?

The CPU is a Ryzen 9 3900x; so I need an amazing air cooler, OR an exceptionally good 240/280mm AIO (recommendations?).

I'm looking at the Noctua D15, but that one will give me 0mm clearance as well. I'd prefer the DEEPCOOL Assassin III, but I'm not even sure if it's a 165mm cooler; based on mixed search results.

Now, common sense suggests that "max height = 165mm" would indeed be fine for a cooler measuring a full 165mm. A MAXIMUM of 165.0mm, but NO MORE than 165.0mm. However, I can also interpret "max height = 165mm" as "164.9mm and under"; 165mm being the measurement where coolers will no longer fit due to being too tall. Which of these is correct?

My only other option for air cooling is a Dark Rock Pro 4 (163mm), and I don't think that cooler has very good RAM clearance (I'm using G.Skill Trident Z Neo RAM).

Does anyone own a Dark Rock Pro 4 and G.Skill Trident Z Neo RAM, and can confirm the cooler has enough clearance? I'm perfectly willing to try a Dark Rock Pro 4, as long as I know for sure that it'll clear my RAM.

The CPU cooler is one of the last parts I need to order. I was dead set on air cooling, but if I can't use any of the 3 air coolers I mentioned in this post, I'll have to take the 240/280mm AIO route.

So, these are my current preferences for cooling:

#1 - DEEPCOOL Assassin III
#2 - Dark Rock Pro 4

#3 - Noctua D15

#4 - 240mm AIO

#5 - 280mm AIO

Going into a Fractal Design Focus G case, with G.Skill Trident Z Neo RAM, and a Ryzen 9 3900x. If anyone has some definitive answers to the questions I've asked above, it would be tremendously appreciated.

Or, if you have similar hardware and faced the same dilemma I am in now when you were building your system; I'd appreciate any tips you have to shoot my way as well. This is my first time building a PC from the ground up with entirely new parts, and I have almost everything I need ordered. CPU and case fans are the last things I need to deal with.
