Once an individual adwords account is canceled, go to Tools & Settings > Setup > Account access and remove your own access to the account.
This will remove the account from the list of accounts you have access to.
Note: You can't remove yourself if you're the only user managing the account. You'll have to add another email address to be an administrator, and then you'll be able to remove yourself from the account.

I have one more, create a new dummy ads account with new gmail id. Give all admin rights to that account. From there you can give rights to remove from the original account. Hope its working.
Hi all, I’m curious how do I get removed from a clients Google Ads account if they no longer want me to render their services?
They are parting ways and added me as an admin. Do I need to remove them on my account or do they need to log into Google Ads themselves and do it?
I had a Google Ads account under my own Google account that I used tu run ads for some days for my own service. I tried to delete the account but the closest I could do was to deactivate it. But every time I open Google Ads and get to the page, where I get all the Google Ad accounts I have access to (there are 4 in total, from different clients) I still see the Google Ad account I created for myself in the past and deactivated it then.. it has the note "dissolved" in it. (My Google Ad is not in English but thats how I would translate it).
So, is there a way to fully delete the Google Ad account? And to not get that old deactivated Google Ad account shown to me anymore in-between the other Google Ads accounts I have access to, every time I open Google Ads.
