So I ordered something that was supposed to arrive today and I just checked my Amazon account and it says that 'an attempt was made to deliver it'. I was at home the whole day and I haven't heard any door knocks or bell, and there is no note telling me anything.
They also say they will attempt to re-deliver on the next business day. Today is Saturday, so I'm assuming that I won't get it tomorrow. Does this change if you're using Prime; like will they try to deliver it tomorrow (Sunday) or will it still be Monday?

This happened to me some years ago when waiting for my new TV. The delivery guy didn't want to bring the big box upstairs and it was one of his last stops. When I saw that they attempted to deliver, I called support and they called the guy at home and made him come back to deliver it. He was pissed but he should done his job correctly to begin with. So just call support.

January 22, 2023 - At the top of your image, it says "Unfortunately, Canada Post ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again." So maybe they will try again? Although I did plug in your tracking number, and it shows the latest status as "Notice card left indicating where and when to pick up item". If there's no notice card in your mailbox/front door then I guess I would complain to Amazon.

Most deff file a complaint, i had ordered some computer parts that i needed for the specific date it was suppose to arrive, long story shortish its past 9pm, i call customer service, they are confused why it hasnt been deliver so they track their delivery guy and hes almost an hr away from me, they say they have no idea why hes even over there that far and then extend my prime, they said i would have to wait till next day for delivery, sincd i couldnt do anything else i accepted, so now its 10pm and i get a notification that my package was delivered, im like "oh hell nah", i check outside and nothing, nothing with neighbors so i call amazon asap and see whats going on and all they can say is that the driver marked for delivery and they dont know why since it was already past 10pm and they are not allowed to do that, they refund all my money and increase my prime membership More on reddit.com

Lovely. I had a similar experience with USPS. The carrier put a delivery attempted note on my door. I heard something outside my door and opened the door to see the driver leaving. I went to the post office with the door note and talked with staff. They checked in back and found my item, which they said had not been loaded on the delivery truck that day. More on reddit.com
