1 week ago - Now the computer will not register the Hard drive. I decided that it might have gotten messed up in mailing it. SO I purchased a brand new SSD from Best Buy and had them go pick it up. Upon installing it, still nothing. Bios Reads "None" for Hard Drive. I had the owner run the ePSA diagnostics again.

Try the below mentioned steps to isolate the problem:
1. Power on/Restart the computer and then start tapping the F2 key when Dell Logo appears, the machine will enter System Setup.
2. On the first page that appears see if there is a Hard Drive listed next to Fixed HDD.
3. If the Hard Drive is not listed press F9 key and Load the BIOS Defaults and then restart the computer.
4. If you again get the Hard Drive not detected message, take a technician's help to reseat the Hard Drive(if you wish to do it yourself you can refer to the service manual: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/insN5110/en/sm/pdf/om_en.pdf
5. After reseating if the Hard Drive is not detected again, you need to replace the Hard Drive.
6. If the Hard Drive is listed in Step 2, run Dell 32 bit Diagnostics on the machine (for more details on how to run the diagnostics check the User's Manual page 64: http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/insN5110/en/sg/sg_en.pdf
7. If the diagnostics comes up with an error code, do reply to this post with the exact error code you get.

September 25, 2017 - I turned on my Inspiron 13-5378 laptop this morning and got a Dell "SupportAssist" screen indicating an error message (ePSA) of "Build 4304.12 UEFI ROM". Below that was a message "Hard Drive Not Intalled!". The mouse was still functional, so I selected the "Continue" button on the bottom right of the screen and the laptop shut off.

So the other day I ran a diagnostic on my Precision 5540 laptop to check the battery, however as soon I started running the test, it gave me a message stating that the hard drive is not installed with error code 0155. However the computer boots up just fine, I'm typing the message on it right now. I would have never known unless I ran that diagnostic.
However I ran support assist once the computer was loaded and it says everything is fine, I downloaded seagates hard drive program as well and it says its fine. I updated the bios as well, however I still get the message when I run a diagnostic. Has anyone run into this?

Yeah, the 2000-0251 basically IS Just a "Hey, some Errors in Past might wanna Check" You only should need to Clear the SEL https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000132405/poweredge-how-to-view-clear-system-event-log-sel And that should make the ePSA Error disappear iwork4dell

Running SupportAssist shows nothing as did using video diagnostics on the Dell site.
