turn off laptop take off back cover disconnect the battery hold power button down to drain whatever electricity is left remove ram and sssd. Blow out dust. plug in ram and ssd. plug in battery put back cover on plug in charger fire it up If you get back on this screen you will need to buy a new motherboard.
